Working closely with Gazcorp throughout the development of Sydney Outlet Village, Loopcreative played an ongoing role in refining and elevating the customer experience across the precinct. Acting as a trusted design advisor to the developer, the studio collaborated with the wider consultant team to resolve the finer details that transform a retail development into a memorable destination. Our involvement extended across the public domain, including streetscape design, furniture, planting, lighting, public art, feature installations and the landmark clock tower. Beyond the public realm, Loopcreative designed shopfronts for international retailers including Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike and GANT, together with the concierge, premium amenities, parents’ rooms and centre management offices.
