loopcreative was engaged by Redcape Hotel Group to develop a concept masterplan for the repositioning of the Belrose Hotel. The work began by benchmarking Redcape’s portfolio to understand the group’s venues and where Belrose sat among them.

The concept covered the venue as a whole: arrival and entry, public bar, sports bar, bistro, gaming lounge, front terrace, function room and amenities. Each area was designed as its own destination while holding a single architectural language across the hotel, with planning focused on guest movement, operational efficiency and giving patrons reason to move between spaces rather than settle in one.
