A 2,000sqm waterfront brewery designed as a major anchor venue within the new Sydney Fish Market precinct. Our concept places German Kraft’s working brewery at the centre of the experience, a striking line of polished stainless-steel tanks suspended above the bar and brewhouse, creating a sense of theatre while celebrating the brand’s commitment to fresh beer. The expansive hall sits beneath the iconic timber diagrid roof, opening directly onto the harbour with generous communal seating, long tables and large planters that soften the industrial aesthetic. Natural light, open air and the scale of the structure frame the venue as both production space and social destination. Craft-focused, robust materials and clean detailing echo German Kraft’s brewing philosophy: honest, precise, and contemporary. The result is a large-format brewery that feels transparent, energetic and deeply engaged with its waterfront setting.
