Long Shot café is the fourth venue for the collins square hospitality group, the team behind bar nacional and Chiara restaurant and bar and collins square catering. Long Shot began its life as a small espresso bar offering within the commercial foyer of the collins square development. The opportunity arose to expand into larger premises which allowed the business to offer an extended range of products and services. The client required a sharp and sophisticated design for the space to cater to the blue-chip corporate clientele within the collins square precinct
